The 20 apartments of the Résidence Marine di Palumbare, all facing the sea, offer a unique view of the deep blue sea, L'Ile-Rousse, and its flamboyant sunset. The outdoor swimming pool has a solarium with a sea view.

The residence's location makes it easy to visit the villages of Balagne, Cap Corse and inland Corsica, while enjoying river bathing just an hour's drive away, as well as numerous nearby beaches.

The creek of Guardiola, also known as "cala d'alivu" or "Palumbare", located around 300 meters from the residence, allows you to swim in turquoise water simply by crossing the road, without needing to take the car.

The 20 apartments include T2 apartments for up to 3 people, and T3 apartments for up to 4 people. The apartments have been designed for individual travelers, couples and families with children aged 7 and over.

The swimming pool is open from May to September, depending on weather and administrative conditions, and is closed at night. Parking is available in the residence.
