Formerly the Luri wine fair, A Fiera di u Vinu has decided to move to L'Ile-Rousse. For this 2024 vintage, 60 Corsican winemakers, the best chefs, sommeliers and producers, conferences, masterclasses and entertainment for the whole family.

Founded in 1989 in Luri, the legendary Fiera di u Vinu is back for another edition.

On the program for this 2024 vintage are the fundamentals: more than 60 Corsican winemakers, the best chefs, sommeliers and producers from here and abroad.
There will also be conferences, masterclasses and events for the whole family.
And because wine is a story of women, men and terroirs, it was obvious for us to make this a travelling fair, as close as possible to the island's many wine-growing regions.

So, on May 11 and 12, 2024, we'll be setting down our barrels in L'Ile-Rousse.
2025 - Heading south to Corsica
2026 - Back to Luri in Cap Corse

3 days of celebration: terroir, ecology and Corsican wine

*Saturday, May 11, 2024:
- 10:30 am: Introduction to wine tasting with Stefana Pompa and Sandrine Statuto
- 11:30am: Inauguration
- 12pm: Crazy Masterclass with our guest chef Sylvain Courrivaud (Braise, Paris) on lean meat marinated then grilled, with anchovy gherkin condiment and dill mustard sauce.
- 1:30 p.m.: Vermentinu: The masterclass that will enable you to discover the essential grape variety of the great Mediterranean whites in a different way than in your glass, with Joseph Bourgeois.
- 2:30pm: Veal tartare, brocciu passu, hazelnuts, pickles with Elodie Balesi (Sole è Monti, Quenza)
- 3:30pm: Take on some tough opponents in the blind test with Raphaël Pierre-Bianchetti!

- 15:30: We're talking "From", or rather "casgiu"! The Interprofession Laitière Ovine Caprine Corse (ILOCC) and the Association des Sommeliers de Corse suggest some unexpected pairings,
local cheeses and Corsican wines!
- 4.30pm: So good... but so technical! Come and discover the secret of making macaroons with Anne Marchetti, our exceptional cookie maker!
- 5:15pm: Enjoy the discovery of fresh red wine with Anne-Claire Perrot-Minnot, our dental oenologist, and Manuela Leupin!
- 7pm: The big Fiera auction!

- 7pm: An aperitif plank is not a subject to be taken lightly. Come and discover the art of the aperitif board with Alessandro Capone (I Fuletti).
- 9:30 p.m.: Les Panthères Roses - 4 friends who'll make you see life in pink!

- 11am: Black glass tasting with Stefana Pompa and Sandrine Statuto

- 11am: Did you know? Corsican charcuterie has obtained its PDO!
Our committed producers offer a Prisuttu & Rosés corses tasting.
- 1 p.m.: Christophe Giraud, chef and sommelier, introduces us to the incredible recipe for maigre soufflé, which will leave you breathless!
- 1:30pm: Event! The battle of the Maîtres Sommeliers de France: Raphaël Pierre-Bianchetti and Jean-Luc Jamrozick go head-to-head to convince you that their favorite grape variety is the best! You be the judge!
- 2:30 pm: Juliette Henry (details to follow)
- 3:30pm: Can Corsican wines age? Demonstration on white wines
- 4:30pm: Do you know strawberry, rhubarb and hibiscus?
Marvin Ziemba (Raugi, Bastia) will help you create a dessert with these ingredients that you'll remember for a very long time!
