A former manor house nestled in the heart of Pigna, the Casa Musicale hotel-restaurant offers rooms that exude the charm of a village stay, and local, homemade (and lovingly prepared) cuisine, some of which comes from its own gardens.

A former manor house nestled in the heart of the village of Pigna, the Casa Musicale hotel-restaurant faces the sea like a balcony over the Mediterranean. In 1985, the stones of the Casa Musicale began to breathe again, when a group of friends decided to set up their own association, dedicated to singing, cooking, sharing and welcoming, remembering and creating.

Since the creation of Casa Musicale, the idea of using only local produce has been anchored in our plates. We grow our own produce on the plains of Pigna, prepared with passion by our chef Thierry Mahé, who works with these local products from the heart. Our menu is entirely homemade, with vegetables from the garden and other 100% Corsican products, most of which come from short circuits. Everything is made on site, right down to the products processed throughout the year: jams, tomato sauces, wild boar terrines, vegetable jars...

As for the hotel, the rooms exude the charm of a stay in the village, where the ambient calm mingles with the breezes of the maquis. A farniente that advocates authenticity and simplicity, without compromising on quality. Whether it's gustatory, sensory or musical! An escape for the senses and rest for the soul in the heart of Balagne.
