The 55 m² studios with a terrace are located on the first, second and fourth floors. Each one is accessible through a staircase. The studios have an air-conditioned lounge area and a double bed (160x200 cm), a kitchen opening on the lounge with a dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a private terrace of 20 m² (or 50 m²) with outdoor lounge.
