This former military fortress built in 1845 is now home to Corsica's Movable Heritage Conservation and Restoration Centre.

The public will be able to admire the heritage it contains and enjoy the panoramic view offered from the landscaped and vegetated esplanade.

Temporary exhibitions will also be organized there. The first of them is precisely devoted to the history of Fort Torretta (or Fort Charlet).
