Balagne Corsica

Located in Place du Canon, come and taste our Canistrelli, Tourtellini and Oliose, which you can see us making in the adjoining factory.

The Biscuiterie Salvatori is located on the Place du Canon in L'Ile-Rousse in the Balagne region.
Open all year round, we welcome you every day in summer from 9am to 8pm and in winter from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
The cookie factory has been in existence for over 50 years, and everything is made by hand.

The products are made before your very eyes in the workshop adjoining the boutique. From the making of the dough to the bagging, everything takes place in the factory.
Our raw materials are carefully selected to guarantee maximum quality for our cakes.
We offer a range of cakes: Canistrelli are crisp cakes made with white wine, Tourtellini are softer cakes made with eggs, and Oliose are savory cakes.
Come and enjoy our terrace coffee with Canistrelli!
