Come and meet Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan butcher in Ville di Paraso.
Go first to his farm in order to discover, with him, his method of production with respect for tradition.
Then head to the terrace of Villa Santa Maria which offers a panoramic view to delight you with its cold meats and other artisanal products.

Menu spuntinu: visit of the farm at 11am then tasting of charcuterie with a tasting board to share composed of charcuterie, cheese, migliaccioli, a dessert and a glass of Gloria beer per person (from May to the end of September)

Menu Auberge: visit of the farm at 6pm then tasting of local products with starter (cold cuts, migliaccioli...) a meat dish to share (piglet, pork, veal...) according to the menu of the day, cheese and dessert. Possibility of a piglet on the spit on reservation for 8 to 10 people (from June to the end of September)

    The Gastronomic Meeting includes a visit to the farm accompanied by Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan butcher, in French, followed by tasting of local products. Our tasting formula includes for 2 people: a tasting board made up of cold meats, cheese, and migliaccioli, a bottle of red wine and a bottle of mineral water. For children (from 8 to under 18) our tasting formula includes: a tasting board made up of cold meats, cheese, and migliaccioli, and a bottle of mineral water. Duration: approx. 2h30 from May to September 6 p.m. at 8:30 p.m. - In October from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Meet 10 minutes before each Meeting at the farm, located on the Reginu D63 road (from Monticello to Ville di Paraso) - Vehicle compulsory. Vehicle parking advice: - when visiting the farm: on the edge of the D63 road. - for tasting: in the street and in the small square near Villa Santa Maria in Ville di Paraso. Equipment: shoes suitable for walking - sunglasses For the correct completion of the inspection, it is important to follow the operator's instructions.
