Come and meet Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan pork butcher in Ville di Paraso. First, visit his farm to discover, with him, his method of production in the respect of the tradition. Then head for the terrace of Villa Santa Maria, which offers a panoramic view, to enjoy his cold cuts and other artisanal products. The Gastronomic Meeting includes a visit to the farm accompanied by Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan butcher, in French, followed by tasting of local products. Duration: approx. 2h30 Meet 10 minutes before each Meeting at the farm, located on the Reginu D63 road (from Monticello to Ville di Paraso) - Vehicle compulsory. Vehicle parking advice: - when visiting the farm: on the edge of the D63 road. - for tasting: in the street and in the small square near Villa Santa Maria in Ville di Paraso.
