Meet Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan charcutier. Join him on his farm to discover his traditional production, then treat yourself to his charcuterie and other artisanal products.

Come and meet Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan charcutier in Ville di Paraso.
Start with a tour of his farm, where you'll learn all about his traditional production methods.
Then head to the panoramic terrace of Villa Santa Maria to feast on his charcuterie and other artisanal products.

The evening discovery menu, available only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, includes a starter of charcuterie and migliaccioli, a meat dish to share according to the chef's inspiration, cheese and dessert (drinks not included).
At lunchtime, from Monday to Saturday, a lighter, meatless Spuntinu formula is available (drinks not included).

The Rencontre Gastronome includes a guided tour of the farm with Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi (in French), followed by a tasting of local products.

Duration: approx. 2h30
Meeting point: 10 minutes before the start of the event at the farm on the Reginu road D63 (between Monticello and Ville di Paraso).
Tasting takes place at Villa Santa Maria in Ville di Paraso.
Vehicle required - parking available at the winery.

Recommended equipment: shoes suitable for walking, sunglasses. To ensure the tour runs smoothly, please follow the operator's instructions.
