Join him on his farm to discover his traditional production methods.
Then head to the terrace of Villa Santa Maria, with its panoramic views, to feast on charcuterie and other artisanal products.

The tasting includes: a starter of cold meats and migliaccioli, a meat dish to be shared according to the chef's mood, a cheese and a dessert (drinks not included).

The Rencontre Gastronome includes a tour of the farm accompanied by Pierre-Louis Pistorozzi, breeder and artisan charcutier, in French, followed by a tasting of local products.

Meet 10 minutes before each meeting at the farm, located on the D63 Reginu road (Monticello to Ville di Paraso).

Free entry for children < 10 years.
