Balagne Corsica

Cathy, plastic artist and ceramist, invites you to her studio in Calvi to discover her works made with Corsican clays mixed with stoneware and porcelain.

The artist uses smoky porcelain, white sandstone and black sandstone to create works that are both original and unique.

Cathy also creates pieces suitable for daily food use, in stoneware enamelled inside and decorated with a brush, for professionals and individuals (small and medium series on order). Each piece is shaped without a lathe, then polished with a pebble. The exterior decorations are made using island clays.

The result is unique signed pieces and a line of containers from its mineral and aquatic universe. which are so many original gift ideas to offer or ... to offer yourself!

  • Opening period

    All year round
    Opening hours daily between 10 am and 12.15 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm.
    In August: 10am to 1pm Monday to Friday; weekends and other times by appointment only.

    In winter, training courses in the form of workshops are offered to introduce you to ceramics
