The Baroque church of Moncale is dedicated to Saint Roch, whose name day is celebrated every 16 August.

This baroque building was elevated to the rank of parish in 1686 in
replacement of the old San Tumà chapel and has a multi-storey bell tower.

In particular, you can admire the statues of San Niculaiu - Saint Nicolas - and of the Virgin Mary and the child.

Saint Roch is carried in procession by the villagers on August 16.
As a sign of sharing, evoking the personality of the saint, blessed bread rolls are distributed at the end of Mass.
