Balagne Corsica

This church in the heart of the village was built in 1833 to replace the 13th-century San Quilicus church. It complies with the traditions of Baroque architecture and also features a war memorial. The interior underwent major restoration work in 1996.

Elle renferme deux toiles de la collection du Cardinal Fesch, une statue de bois de la Madone, un bénitier en porphyre du Monte Padro et en marbre noir de Murato, oeuvre de l’artiste local Damasio Luigi, ainsi qu’un orgue provenant de l’oratoire San Roccu d’Ajaccio. .
