Pure concierge services:
Loca'Corse-services assists you as much as possible during your absence, without making any decisions.
Loca'Corse-Services is on hand to take care of your home before and after your arrival, provide estimates for work, call in a craftsman, make deliveries, etc.

Rental concierge service:
Loca'Corse-Services welcomes (check-in, check-out), remains available for your tenants to give them the best possible stay.
We may or may not take deposits.
End-of-stay cleaning and linen service if required.
Help with marketing by managing your adverts and booking requests, and free placement on the location-corse-services.fr website.
Loca'Corse-Services represents you when making reservations. We remain your agent, and you remain responsible for your accommodation.

Loca'Corse-Services helps you find your accommodation with transparency and honesty, and certifies the accuracy of its ads.
Loca'Corse-Services helps you finalize your reservation with the owner.
Loca'Corse-Services welcomes you with respect and friendliness, and is at your service throughout your stay.

We are available during your stay to help you with any problems you may have (household appliance breakdowns, etc...) 7 days a week and 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
Childcare equipment (cots, baths, high chairs, strollers) available free of charge on request (subject to availability).
