The Bistrot des Fromagers in Calvi, Corsica, offers a concept combining the sale of cheeses and dairy products from Corsica and elsewhere (other regions of France, Italy, Switzerland, England...), with a tasting area and snack bar.
You'll discover a selection of farmhouse and artisanal cheeses in season, as well as other regional products (charcuterie, jam, wine...). You'll also be able to sample a cheese board and/or charcuterie, tartines gratinées, cheese tapas and a variety of salads.
