Balagne Corsica

The culinary delights of Corsica also include wine... Domaine Orsini proposes a discovery of the wines and other regional specialities produced on the estate.

This wine estate is located in Balagne, between Calvi and Calenzana.

At the Orsini estate, winemaking is done in the "old-fashioned way": the grape juice stays with the skins for a long time, giving it aroma and bouquet even if the quality of the winemaking has been modernized by the use of stainless steel vats. Conservation in oak barrels and bottling also benefit from the most modern scientific contribution. The beneficial combination of respect for tradition and the desire for progress, currently allows us to present several wines which, due to their their qualities have earned the controlled label of origin "Vin de Corse-Calvi".
