A Papina's promise is to highlight the products of the Corsican and Balinese terroir, as well as those who grow them, during its playful and tasty workshops.

Thanks to specially developed educational tools, the workshops allow you to discover local products such as olives, honey, cheeses, citrus fruits, to taste them but also to cook them!

The head in the olives
In the heart of a family olive grove, Emmanuelle welcomes you to discover the culture of the olive in Corsica. The programme includes a visit to the property, a tasting of Balagne olive oils, a mini-workshop for a gourmet olive recipe and a tasting plate from the vegetable garden, the orchard and local producers.

In the heart of L'Ile-Rousse, enjoy the charm of the paoline town and its beach while your children have fun during a 2-hour cooking workshop.
This is an opportunity for them to discover a local seasonal product, to learn to taste it with their five senses and then to cook it by making a recipe that we all taste together.
