A Papina organizes cooking and tasting workshops all year round for children and adults. These fun, interactive workshops showcase local produce and know-how: an original way to (re)discover the Balagne region. Several formulas are available to suit your desires and profile: solo, with family, friends or children. They take place on the Novella plain and/or in Pioggiola. # La tête dans les olives - Parent-child workshop at Novella A parent(s)-child(ren) workshop to share a convivial and privileged moment with the family, thanks to playful activities. A moment of relaxation in an idyllic setting, far from the hustle and bustle of the coast. In the heart of a family olive grove, Emmanuelle welcomes you to discover the cultivation of Corsican olives. You'll learn about the different varieties grown in Balagne, with an introduction to olive oil tasting. Then, you'll learn how to cook it by creating a recipe. Using specially-developed teaching aids, the workshops teach you all about olives and the Balagne region, as well as introducing you to olive oil tasting and cooking. Children leave with their own recipe and a fun olive oil resource. # The glass in the olives - the aperitif at Novella Come and discover the Balagne region and its gastronomic products for an exceptional moment. Far from the hustle and bustle of the coast, come and relax in an idyllic setting for an aperitif featuring olive oil. In the heart of a family olive grove, Emmanuelle welcomes you to discover the cultivation of Corsican olives. You'll discover the different varieties grown in Balagne, with an introduction to olive oil tasting. Then, you can learn to appreciate the different flavors by enjoying an aperitif plate that showcases the typicity of each oil. Finally, enjoy a glass of wine under the arbour and admire the rocks that change color at sunset. # Autumn parent-child workshop - Castagne e Teatru in Pioggiola Take part in a parent-child workshop to learn all about chestnuts! In the morning, learn how to cook chestnuts in the great outdoors, and taste them in a variety of forms. At lunchtime, enjoy a picnic among vines and chestnut trees, and in the afternoon, let yourself be carried away by a tale featuring this emblematic fruit of Corsican gastronomy and culture. This workshop is organized in collaboration with Parà Event and Océane Court-Mallaroni, actress and director.

Take the fork in the road opposite the Pietra Monetta farmhouse inn, then drive 3km to the "La tête dans les olives" sign. For the autumn workshop, a GPS point will be sent to you after registration.
