Thanks to specially developed educational tools, the workshops allow you to learn how to recognize a food (olive, honey, cheese, citrus fruits...), to taste it but also to cook it.

# The head in the olives - Parent and child workshop in Novella
A parent-child workshop to share a friendly and privileged moment with your family thanks to playful animations. A moment of relaxation in an idyllic setting, far from the bustle of the coast.
Within a family olive grove, Emmanuelle welcomes you to discover the culture of the olive in Corsica. You will learn to recognize the different varieties cultivated in Balagne thanks to an olive oil tasting workshop. Then, we will learn how to cook it with the realization of a recipe to share all together.
Thanks to specially developed educational tools, the workshops allow you to learn more about olives and the Balagne region, to learn how to taste them and also to cook them.
The children will leave with their recipe and a playful support around the olive oil.

Come and discover the Balagne region and its gastronomic products for an exceptional moment. Far from the hustle and bustle of the coast, come and relax in an idyllic setting for an aperitif that honors olive oil.
Within a family olive grove, Emmanuelle welcomes you to discover the culture of the olive in Corsica. You will learn to recognize the different varieties cultivated in Balagne thanks to an olive oil tasting workshop.
Then, you can learn to appreciate its different flavors by tasting an aperitif plate that honors the typicities of each oil.
Finally, enjoy a glass of wine under the arbour and watch the rocks change color as the sun sets.

# The adventurers of taste - children in L'Ile-Rousse
A playful workshop dedicated to children to learn while having fun!
In the heart of the old town of L'Ile-Rousse, leave your children for a 1h30 cooking workshop during which you can enjoy the charm of the paoline city and its beach. The opportunity for them to discover a local seasonal product, to learn to taste it with their five senses and then to cook it through the realization of a recipe that we taste all together.
Each child leaves with his or her own recipe to share with friends and family, as well as a playful support based on a product from Balagne.
