It owes its existence to the fact that the State guaranteed the owner - project manager, 30 years of rental of the building for administrative purposes.

It is located in the heart of the old town of Calvi, in a typical, semi-pedestrianized lane, near the Church of Sainte Marie Majeure and the small covered market.

The shops, the marina and its entertainment are just 50 meters from the hotel. The beach, the main administrations and the train station are within a radius of 300 meters.
