Upstairs, the house comprises a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, offering a beautiful sea view. On the garden level, three tastefully decorated bedrooms:
A large bedroom with study, private bathroom with toilet, very comfortable double bed (180x200), large mirror;
One bedroom with two single beds (90x200);
One bedroom with double bed (180x200) and large mirror.

The bedrooms are equipped with a large closet or wardrobe. The second bathroom is shared by the last two bedrooms. Two independent WCs are available, one on each level.
The Bultex bedding is of the highest quality, with memory foam mattress and mattress topper.

The house also has a terrace on the land side, shaded in the afternoon, ideal for breakfasts or reading in the warmer hours.
Situated in a peaceful setting, the villa is nestled in a 2000 m² wooded plot (olive trees, maritime oaks, oleanders), away from the main road, with two parking spaces.

Bed linen and towels provided. Breakfast available.
Weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Fast electric charging station on site.

The nearest beach is Bodre, which can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via a narrow path through olive groves, oaks and low stone walls, or by car (municipal parking lot 5 minutes away, paying in summer).
Other magnificent beaches are within easy reach: Davia, L'Île-Rousse, Calvi, Ostriconi, Algajola, etc.

The Balagne region abounds in exceptional sites: Calvi citadel, Punta di Spagna, Notre-Dame de la Serra, Ostriconi valley at the entrance to the Agriates desert, abandoned village of Occi, Saleccia botanical park, Romanesque churches (Cateri, Lumio, Montemaggiore, Aregno, Santa-Réparata) and Baroque churches (Muro, Feliceto...), Corbara convent.
A renowned wine-growing region, you can discover the wines of Clos Landry, Clos Culombu, Petra Rossa... and Balagne olive oil.

You'll visit villages of art, history and charm: Sant'Antonino, Corbara, Pigna, Monticello, Montemaggiore, Santa-Réparata di Balagna, Speluncatu, Calenzana, Lumio...
The region offers numerous hiking trails: around Corbara (Occi, Mont Sant'Angelo), towards Bonifatu or in the Giussani from Olmi-Cappella (Tartagine forest and gorges). Other trails run alongside the sea, such as the Chemin des douaniers.
In early July, Calvi hosts the electronic music festival Calvi on the Rocks.
