Set in the private residence Les Marines de Palasca, near Losari beach, our modern bastide offers high standard apartments both connecting and separate, ideal for families and groups of friends : T3 for 6, T4 for 8 or villa for 14.

Modern bastide of 162 m² with 2 apartments of 80 m² (one on the ground floor, the other on the 1st floor) totally independent, air conditioned, both fully equipped. Access to 1st floor by external staircase at the back of the house.

Each apartment has a beautiful furnished terrace, 30 m² on the ground floor and 20 m² on 1st floor, to take breakfast or enjoy the sun.
Soundproofing between the 2 levels for our guests quietness.

Ground floor apartment : 2 bedrooms for 6 people.
1st floor apartment : 3 bedrooms for 8 people.
