The house also features a terrace on the land side, sheltered from the heat during the afternoon, ideal for breakfast and reading during the hottest hours of the day.
The villa is located in a very quiet setting, on a 2000 m² plot of land surrounded by greenery (olive trees, maritime oaks, oleanders), away from the main road, with 2 parking spaces.
