L'Aria invites you to discover the circus workshop, directed by Gaële Pflüger. Acrobatics, juggling and balancing on objects combine to amaze young and old alike, the fruit of work combining confidence, coordination and self-improvement.
The circus workshop takes place every Saturday, except during school vacations, and is run by Gaële Pflüger. Educational information: Raising a child means helping him or her to awaken, develop his or her point of view and grow in confidence. By developing the individual's physical, technical and sensory skills, circus arts enable them to "put themselves into play". Or how to learn to stand upright on the ball that is the world... L'Aria's circus workshop takes place in A Stazzona's large hall, an ideal setting for tackling all circus disciplines. Acrobatics & aerials : Dynamic and static acrobatics on the floor, lifts, trapeze and tissus... Acrobatics is the basic discipline in the circus arts, as it can be transposed to all other disciplines. It promotes physical ease through synchronized movements and psychomotor coordination. Juggling Scarves, balls, rings, Chinese plates, diabolos... Work based mainly on the notion of rhythm, coordination of movements. Balance on objects : Monocycle, stilts, ball, American rollers... Discipline that encourages concentration and self-confidence by overcoming fears (of falling, of heights).
