A Manna is a choir of Corsican singing enthusiasts, led by Cecce Pesce, virtuoso guitarist with the group I Chjami Aghjalesi. Join them this evening for an exceptional Christmas concert!
A Manna, created in 2015, is a mixed choir of around twenty Balanins, directed by Cecce Pesce, talented guitarist and harmonist with the group I Chjami Aghjalesi. Our project is first and foremost the pleasure of singing, drawing on the song heritage of our poets past and present. It's also about deepening - or learning - our beautiful language through its polyphonic expression. This project takes us from village to village, from church to brotherhood, to the birthplace - and still the birthplace - of our most magnificent songs.
